Alexandra Spitz-Oener

Alexandra Spitz-Oener is Professor of Economics at Humboldt University, Berlin. She also holds Research Fellowships at the German Institutes for Employment Research (IAB) and for the Study of Labor (IZA). Her main research interests include Labor Economics and Applied Econometrics. Spitz-Oener has been Principal Investigator for several projects which have been funded by the German Science Foundation (DFG). A committee member at Berlin Economic Research Associates (BERA), Spitz-Oener is also a Director of the Berlin Doctoral Programme in Economics and Management Science.
