Latest Thinking GmbH is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data only insofar as necessary to provide a functional website, to deliver our content, and to ensure the security and stability of LT.org.

LT.org does not use cookies. No analytics, marketing, or functional cookies are set, and no cookie banner is required.

4. Web Analytics with Matomo Cloud (Cookieless, EU-only)

We use Matomo Cloud, a privacy-friendly analytics service provided by InnoCraft Ltd. (New Zealand). However, all data processing for LT.org takes place exclusively within the European Union.

Matomo is configured in cookieless mode. No cookies are set, no user identifiers are stored, and no personal profiles are created.

5. Video Streaming via Vimeo (Analytics Disabled)

We use Vimeo to deliver our scientific video publications. Vimeo analytics are disabled. No tracking cookies load before user interaction. A connection to Vimeo servers occurs only when a user actively plays a video.

International Data Transfer

Vimeo Inc. is located in the United States. Data transfer to the U.S. may occur when a video is played, based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (if applicable), Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
